The lighter originally came damaged and worn down, but customer service was amazing and I got sent a new one that looked like the picture. The new one is a gorgeous bright gold that looks and feels high quality. I’m very happy with this purchase. It won’t let me remove my previous picture but I added a picture of the new one for reference.
