We offer two size options:
- A life-sized cutout of actor Byeon Woo Seok: 6 ft 2 in (187.96 cm)
- A mini cutout that measures 1 ft (12 inches), perfect for desk, home, or office decor.

Life-sized cutouts are produced at the celebrity's height where possible. The maximum height is 193 cm x 70 cm wide (6' 3" x 2' 4"), which is the largest size we can produce.
Because this product is made to order and customized for each customer, orders are considered final once placed. Generally, refunds or returns are not available for custom orders.

Upon your placement of order, allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to process it.
- Fulfillment: After confirming your purchase, the order will be shipped. This step may take up to 7+ business days depending the type of items included in your order.
Moreover, the order processing time is based on the longest processing time for orders with more than one item.
- As long as an order has not been fulfilled/shipped, all customers have the option to cancel their order. Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues.

Pre-order items are either scheduled for official release in the near future or currently sold out.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we dispatch them together once the pre-order item is available.
- There is also a slight chance that items may be out of stock during the pre-order period and it may cause additional delays.
- The processing time for in-stock items is between 5 to 7 business days after the order is received.
- The processing time for all pre-order items will be between 7 to 10 business days after the release date or restock.
- The release date can be postponed depending on the manufacturing schedule.(You will receive a delay notification email.
