Upon your placement of order, allow 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays) for the system to process it.
- Fulfillment: After confirming your purchase, the order will be shipped. This step may take up to 7+ business days depending the type of items included in your order.
Moreover, the order processing time is based on the longest processing time for orders with more than one item.
- As long as an order has not been fulfilled/shipped, all customers have the option to cancel their order. Please contact us within 1 hour of purchase.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues.

Pre-order items are either scheduled for official release in the near future or currently sold out.
- If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we dispatch them together once the pre-order item is available.

- The processing time for in-stock items is between 5 to 7 business days after the order is received.
