Refund Policy

At Korean Babes Tee, we take pride in carefully packing and checking every order. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged due to our error.

We do not offer refunds for the following:

• Sale/clearance items

• Custom or personalized products

• Minor imperfections (e.g., light scratches, dents, or bends on albums or packaging)

• Orders delayed or lost by the shipping carrier

• Packages marked as delivered but not received

• Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

• Unclaimed international packages returned to us by customs

Refunds may be considered only if:

• You receive the wrong item, or

• Your item arrives severely damaged (excluding transit damage or minor wear)

If your situation qualifies, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery at koreanbabestee@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
